AEW Dynamite #66 [S04E017] (1.5.26)

Live from Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse | Cleveland, OH | Crowd Size: 18,303

SEGMENT ONE

As Dynamite comes onto the air, Kevin Kelly and Arn Anderson welcome us to 2026! Kelly says he hopes everyone had a good holiday season, noting that tonight is the final stop before Elite Warfare!

The crowd immediately becomes raucous as World’s Apart hits, and the BWM Inc. Chairman Sami Zayn makes his way to the ring! Zayn walks with purpose as he slides into the ring, microphone in hand.

His music fades, and Zayn stands still for a moment, scanning the arena, collecting himself. Anderson notes that it’s been a long time since we’ve heard from Sami Zayn, who returned on the final Dynamite of 2025 with Mr. Brodie Lee and the Guilty Remnant in his focus.

Sami Zayn: 2025 was filled with the kind of things you have to see to believe. The kind of things I used to swear were impossible… right up until I was standing in the middle of them.

He shakes his head slowly.

Sami Zayn: I fought through Danhausen’s curse. The funny thing about that is, when you think you’re cursed… You are…

Sami Zayn: I don’t know what’s real anymore. I don’t know what to believe. Because this industry is shadowed in spells, magic, smoke, mirrors, and parlor tricks. Illusions stacked on top of lies until you don’t know where the truth ends.

Sami leans onto the ropes, his eyes directly locked on the hard cam.

Sami Zayn: But, I do know this… My wife… Megan… is being brainwashed by her half-brother. The notorious and elusive Bo Wyatt. Uncle Howdy.

Boos rain down from the crowd, but Sami presses on.

Sami Zayn: And at this point, I don’t care if what Splidder revealed about the Mouse family last fall is true. I don’t care what’s real, what’s exaggerated, or what’s been twisted into mythology… Because Mr. Brodie Lee and the Guilty Remnant believe it’s true.

Sami clenches his jaw.

Sami Zayn: And that belief is all they need to be dangerous.

He paces the ring.

Sami Zayn: I’m not going to sit back. I’m not going to try to rationalize it away. I’m not going to let them try and take out my wife while I’m too busy debating what’s fact and what’s fiction…

He stops pacing in the center of the ring.

Sami Zayn: I will do EVERYTHING in my power to end Brodie Lee and the Guilty Remnant! And when Benny and Danhausen decide to crawl back out of whatever hole they’re hiding in, I’m going to end them too!

The crowd pops.

Sami Zayn: I am surrounded by danger on every front. But the time I spent under Benny’s tutelage wasn’t for nothing… I learned perseverance. I learned how to survive. I’m not breaking any news here when I say that Benny Mouse is a bad man, regardless of who’s pulling his strings. But he’s also a cockroach. And nothing’s taken him out yet.

Sami points to his chest.

Sami Zayn: That is going to change, one way or another. And it’s going to start next week! Because as Chairman of BWM Inc., I am using my authority…

Sami pauses a beat, letting the audience’s reaction build.

Sami Zayn: Because, regardless of what number Mr. Brodie Lee draws at Elite Warfare, I will be entering the match directly after! And as much as I loved being the AEW World Heavyweight Champion, that’s not what next week is about for me… next week is about me looking that monster in the eyes, and letting him know that everything he believes in will END with me!

Sami’s face is wild as he grips the microphone tightly.

Sami Zayn: I am going to put an end to the Guilty Remnant. And then… I am saving my wife from Uncle Howdy! Then, together, Megan and I will do as we always planned to do… we will run Benny Mouse out of BWM Inc., and we will dominate the world of wrestling!

Sami drops the microphone. His music hits again as he stands tall, as commentary discusses the implications for next week’s massive show!

Match #1 | Knockouts Hardcore Championship
Bianca Belair (C) vs. ???

Bianca Belair is out to a big ovation, as she awaits to see who her opponent will be in this match. Anderson says that Belair has elevated this division and has been an incredible champion since August.

Arn Anderson: Bianca Belair has time in and time out proved that she is the EST of the Knockouts Division! The first ever woman to win the Grand Slam in the division’s storied history!

Kevin Kelly: We’ve seen her defeat some of the best and brightest in AEW this season, as she’s demanded that Shocker find her the very best to compete with. The question is, Arn, who has Shocker picked for Bianca tonight?

🎵 BOW DOWN… ALL HAIL THE QUEEN! 🎵

The crowd is feverish as Charlotte Flair appears at the top of the stage! Anderson notes that this is Flair’s first AEW appearance since being the company’s seventh draft pick last summer!

The bell sounds, and Belair and Flair circle, then lock up. They break clean, and then immediately go again, this time trading quick reversals — wristlocks, snap switches, leapfrogs, and counters — each woman trying to out-athlete the other.

Flair flips out of a headscissors, Belair cartwheels through a takedown attempt, and both pop up at the same time, staring each other down.

Belair explodes first, springboarding and diving over the top rope, wiping Flair out on the floor. She doesn’t slow down, rolling Charlotte back in and covering for an early two-count. Belair stays aggressive with a knee strike to the midsection and another quick cover, again only two.

Arn Anderson: What’s going through the mind of the champion, Kevin? Is Belair regretting this open challenge?

Kevin Kelly: I don’t think Bianca expected Charlotte to walk through that tunnel, but she’s not the type who’d ever shy away from a fight!

Flair fires back with a knee of her own, then snaps Belair over with a German suplex. She maintains wrist control, dragging Bianca up and cracking her with sharp chops before whipping her into the corner. Flair charges, but Belair moves, then muscles Charlotte up and slams her down hard.

Flair rolls to the apron, but Belair pulls her back in. Flair counters with a kick, then heads up top and launches with a crossbody that flattens Belair. Flair rises with confidence, chops Bianca down, then hits consecutive overhead throws, tossing the champion across the ring. She lines Belair up in the corner and blasts her with a running splash, then another from the opposite side.

Kevin Kelly: Charlotte is dominating the champion!

Flair hooks Belair and snaps off Natural Selection, rolling through into the cover!

1…

2…

Belair kicks out!

Arn Anderson: This is the sort of punishment Belair’s taken all year, but she keeps answering.

Kevin Kelly: Nobody’s doubting the resilience of Belair! But she’s coming into this match with a season’s worth of battles, whereas Flair hasn’t wrestled since last season in ULW. The question is, who does that give the advantage to?

Kevin Kelly: Well, if Charlotte Flair has any sort of ringrust, she’s doing an incredible job of covering it up!

Belair fights back with a clothesline that turns Flair inside out. She follows with a neckbreaker, then drags Charlotte up and spikes her with a DDT! Belair charges again, shoulder tackle after shoulder tackle, then plants Flair with a spinebuster. She springs to the ropes and flips into a handspring moonsault—but Flair gets her knees up!

Kevin Kelly: What a counter from the challenger!

Arn Anderson: It’s interesting, Kevin, because this division is all about chaos and weapons, yet we’re seeing two of the best women’s athletes of all time having a competitive, fair match!

Both women get to their feet, and Flair explodes with a spear that nearly folds Belair in half! She covers!

1…

2…

Belair kicks out!

Flair doesn’t waste time, dragging Belair toward the ropes and looking for an opening, but Bianca scrambles free and answers with a handspring moonsault onto Flair this time, crashing down across her chest for another close two.

Both women spill to the floor. Belair gains momentum and sends Flair hard into the steel steps. Charlotte stumbles, favoring her ribs, but Belair presses the advantage — until Flair suddenly shoves Bianca, sending her knee-first into the steps! The impact echoes loudly. Belair crumples, clutching her right knee, as officials check on her briefly at ringside.

Flair finally takes advantage of the no-disqualification rules, rolling Belair back in and stalking her. She climbs to the top rope and launches with a moonsault that just grazes Belair, but still earns a near fall. Flair stays on her, stomping the injured knee and dragging Bianca to the center of the ring.

Belair refuses to stay down. She fights up on one leg, trading strikes with Flair. Bianca hoists Charlotte onto her shoulders, threatening the KOD—but her knee buckles. Flair slips free, boots Belair in the face, and drops her again.

Flair senses it. She grabs Belair’s legs and bridges into the Figure Eight, twisting back and wrenching the damaged knee. Belair screams, clawing at the mat, dragging herself inch by inch.

Kevin Kelly: Belair has survived every challenge thrown at her this season, but this feels different, Arn! Charlotte has her finisher locked on there’s nowhere for Belair to go!

Belair manages to roll her hips, breaking some of the pressure, then uses her strength to shove Flair away. She pulls herself up, limps to the corner, and climbs to the top rope.

Favoring the knee, Bianca launches anyway — connecting perfectly with a 450 Splash into the cover!

1…

2…

Flair gets her shoulder up!

Belair can’t believe it. She drags Flair up again, but Charlotte rakes the eyes and snaps Bianca down. Flair immediately goes back to the leg, dragging Belair into position and locking in the Figure Eight once more, sitting deep and arching back.

Arn Anderson: She’s going to break Bianca’s leg if she doesn’t tap!

Belair fights desperately, but the pain is too much, and there’s no hope of a rope break. With tears in her eyes, Belair has no choice but to tap!

Kevin Kelly: Arn, I am shocked! Charlotte Flair has just won the Knockouts Hardcore Championship in her debut!

Arn Anderson: Bianca Belair… the fighting champion and first-ever Knockouts Grandslam winner has finally been beaten!

Winner: Charlotte Flair
Match Time: 19:22

Flair releases the hold and rises, exhausted but smiling, as the referee hands her the Knockouts Hardcore Championship.

Charlotte raises the title high, standing over a fallen Bianca Belair, having pulled off the upset and unmistakably arriving in AEW!

SEGMENT TWO

As Dynamite returns from commercial break, the ring is set up for the contract signing for next week’s AEW World Heavyweight Championship match. AEW Correspondent Renee Young is in the ring, as the challenger, Kenny Omega, makes his way down the aisle to a thunderous chorus of boos.

“Elevated” hits, and the AEW World Heavyweight Champion Will Ospreay is out to the loudest ovation of the night. The crowd is ravenous for Ospreay, as Anderson notes that even the competition is beginning to recognize what a rare gem of a talent the Aerial Assasin is.

Renee Young: Gentlemen, next week at Elite Warfare, the AEW World Heavyweight Championship will be on the line. Will, you asked to speak first.

Ospreay picks up the mic and lets out a short laugh, shaking his head.

Will Ospreay: Mate… I gotta be honest with ya. You’re worse than Hangman Adam Page ever was.

The crowd reacts. Omega’s eyes narrow.

Will Ospreay: At least Hangman had the stones to admit who he was. He stood there and called cowardice what it was, even when he was drowning in it himself. You, though? You pointed at him. You judged him. You told the whole world he was the problem… and then you turned around and did every single thing you used to slate him for.

Ospreay taps the title.

Will Ospreay: That’s not how a champion acts… It’s how a hypocrite acts, bruv!

Omega gets in Ospreay’s face, snatching the microphone from his hand. This draws a sharp rebuke from the audience, which showers Omega in boos.

Kenny Omega: You are looking at this all wrong, Will. This has NEVER been about Hangman. Adam Page is my friend. Always has been. Even when we didn’t see eye to eye. Even when things fell apart.

Omega pauses briefly before pressing on.

Kenny Omega: Adam Page is still my friend now, even if he’s taken his ball and gone home! But you and I? We were never friends. We were an alliance of convenience.

Ospreay smirks, but Omega continues.

Kenny Omega: And what’s eaten me alive is watching the world cheer for you as you walk straight into the spot that was destined to be mine. I came into AEW with my eyes on that championship. And instead, I got pushed into the background. First Bryan Danielson. Then AJ Styles. Then even Hangman.

Kenny Omega: I’m done standing in the shadows. I’m done waiting. Next week, I end your reign and become world champion.

Omega signs the contract and slides it across the table.

Ospreay exhales through his nose, and snatches the mic back from Omega to a big pop.

Will Ospreay: Kenny, mate. You’ve been talkin’ about your big ascension for nearly three years now… Meanwhile, I came in here and did exactly what I said I’d do! No waitin’ my turn… I fought, I clawed, and I took this! [Ospreay raises the belt high]

He lowers the belt and scribbles his name on the contract, as the crowd pops again!

Will Ospreay: I’ve already beaten you once, Kenny. And next week? I am going to do it again!

Before Ospreay can say anything further, the Young Bucks slide into the ring! Matt Jackson grabs Ospreay from behind, as Nick hits him with a superkick that sends him staggering onto the table!

Ospreay fights back, throwing elbows, staggering Matt. Omega joins in, hitting him with a V-Trigger that drops him to the mat! Together, the Elite stomps away on Ospreay, much to the displeasure of the capacity crowd!

Suddenly, heads turn toward the stage as the Briscoes charge down the ramp! They hit the ring like a storm, as Mark cuts down Matt Jackson with a lariat and Jay Briscoe sends Nick to the outside with a thunderous right!

Omega immediately bails from the ring, as the Bucks join his side. They are furious, as they shout obscenities while the Briscoes tend to Ospreay.

Ospreay and Omega lock eyes in an intense staredown from opposite sides of the arena.

Kevin Kelly says next week, the sneak attacks stop – the Briscoes will challenge the Bucks for the tag championships, and we’ll finally see Omega and Ospreay clash for the title! Arn screams that we’ll also see the highly anticipated Knockouts Championship match as Timeless Toni Storm will defend against Becky Lynch and Jade Cargill!

Match #2 | Winner enters Elite Warfare at #30, loser enters at #3
MJF vs. ‘Switchblade’ Jay White w/ The Gunns

As Switchblade Jay White is introduced, Anderson and Kelly discuss White’s momentum over the past month. Notable is the mixed reaction that White receives from the fans — previously, he’s been met with boos, but the crowd tonight seems mixed about 50/50.

Arn Anderson: Jay White is on the ride of his career, Kevin. It all started about a month back, when White was able to pull off the upset over MJF in that six-man tag between the Hurt Syndicate and the Bullet Club. He then took Will Ospreay to his absolute limit, and the pundits are already clamoring for a White title reign.

Kevin Kelly: Jay White’s been on the cusp of a breakout for a while now. He almost went to ULW, but AEW did everything they could to keep him on the roster. White’s expressed frustration that his moment has yet to come, and he’s cleverly built himself momentum heading into Elite Warfare.

Arn Anderson: White’s my good friend Johnny Quest’s pick to win Elite Warfare next week, but will Switchblade enter from the halfway point at 30, or will he join Cody Rhodes and LA Knight at the start of the match?

MJF’s music hits, and the reaction to the Generational Superstar is about as mixed as the crowd’s reception to White. Anderson says MJF’s always reveled in the controversy, and he’s spent the better part of this season devising a way back to the AEW World Heavyweight Championship.

Arn Anderson: You know it has to eat at MJF to read the dirtsheets, and to see the skepticism that he’ll achieve his goal of becoming a two-time World Heavyweight Champion. Admittedly, MJF’s 2025 was rocky at best, thanks in part to the betrayal he suffered at the hands of his former best friend, the 2025 Elite Warfare winner, Logan Paul.

Kevin Kelly: And the elephant in the room? MJF’s shaky alliance with MVP and the Hurt Syndicate. MJF and MVP know one another well; they worked together on the independents, and MVP helped a young MJF pay for wrestling school. That’s how much he believed in him. But that relationship has been fractured since MJF inadvertently cost Bobby Lashley the championship.

Arn Anderson: Every time MJF and the Syndicate seem to be on the same page, MJF does what MJF does — he pisses everyone off, to the point that having his back becomes difficult if you want to maintain a degree of self-respect. That’s what we saw the last time MJF and White were in the ring, when the Syndicate left MJF to fend for himself after he tried to bark orders at the Almighty.

White paces the ring, waiting for MJF to climb the steps. Conspicuously absent is MVP and the Hurt Syndicate, as MJF is facing tonight’s showdown alone.

The bell sounds, and White immediately targets MJF’s leg with a chop block. White unloads with a series of stomps, as MJF rolls to the corner. White refuses to let up, unleashing stiff kicks and stomps to MJF. MJF gets to his feet, but White immediately sends him back to the corner with a suplex into the buckle!

Kevin Kelly: This is reminiscent of what we saw from Jay White on the final Dynamite of 2025, when he systematically targeted Will Ospreay’s ribs. White’s a difficult personality to be around, but he’s the type of wrestler who knows what he’s doing. He picks a limb, and he dissects it, and the longer the bout goes, the more of an advantage that creates for him.

White goes for the early cover, but MJF’s shoulder raises before senior official Michael McMahon can even count the one.

White pulls MJF off the mat by his hair, before hurling him through the second rope to the outside, right at the feet of Austin and Colten Gunn! White immediately gets in McMahon’s face, distracting the referee from the Gunns, who began kicking and stomping on MJF!

Arn Anderson: It’s not fair, Kevin, but it is a smart strategy from White. He knows that at this late point, the best spot in Elite Warfare belongs to Finn Balor. Still, entering the match at the halfway point is a lot better than entering at the third spot, which is for all intents and purposes just as challenging as entering at number one or two!

Colten rolls MJF back inside just as White tosses his hands up in compliance with McMahon. There’s an “asshole” chant as White goes back to work on MJF’s leg. MJF tries to cut him off with a kick to the gut, but White catches his right leg and throws a martial arts kick at the left. MJF buckles as White continues to target his left knee.

White again picks him up by the hair and tosses him back to the outside, where the Gunns are waiting! White immediately goes back to distracting the referee, but this time MJF throws a series of punches, taking Colten down! The numbers game becomes too much as Austin attacks him from behind, and the crowd boos feverishly as the Gunns double-team MJF.

Arn Anderson: Jay White again diverting the ref’s attention, and it’s an absolute mugging here!

The Gunns roll MJF back inside, and White immediately goes for the cover.

1…

2…

MJF kicks out.

For the third time, White tosses MJF back to the outside and gets in McMahon’s face again! Austin Gunn grabs a steel chair and raises it above his head, looking to strike the injured knee of MJF. This time, McMahon turns from White in the nick of time, as Austin freezes with the chair above his head.

Kevin Kelly: Austin Gunn has been caught red-handed!

The Gunns get on the apron, begging and pleading with McMahon to let them stay. The crowd pops massively as McMahon points to the stage, ejecting the rest of the Bullet Club from ringside!

Arn Anderson: Jay White and the Gunns went to the well one too many times, and now we’re going to have ourselves a fair fight! But has the damage been done?

On his own, White goes to the outside to retrieve MJF from the floor. He pulls him up and sends him back inside, as he stomps away on Max’s head. He lifts him and goes for the DDT, but MJF throws and elbow to the gut, creating some separation.

The two come face to face, as MJF screams, “Hit me again, you fucking piece of shit!” White complies, kicking MJF in the injured knee! MJF crumbles to the mat.

Arn Anderson: Ask and you shall receive!

White hits the ropes, but MJF catches him with a clothesline on the rebound! White gets up, and MJF hits another one! He lifts him for the body slam and it connects, but MJF immediately winces.

Kevin Kelly: This is what we were saying… the longer this goes for MJF, the harder it becomes to execute even the most basic maneuvers! White is the sort of technician who just rips you apart, until there’s nothing left!

MJF sends White into the corner and climbs the second turnbuckle, as the crowd counts along with the 10 punches before McMahon orders him down. The crowd is on fire as MJF calls for the kangaroo kick, and White turns and eats it! The impact of which sends White toppling to the outside!

MJF kips up, grimacing as he lands. He falls to one knee, but forces himself back up. He calls for the suicide dive, but White slides back in the ring and hits him with the basement dropkick to the knee! He quickly plants MJF with a DDT into another cover!

1…

2…

MJF kicks out!

Arn Anderson: Look at the smile on Switchblade’s face! This is going exactly how he wanted it to go!

White tries to whip MJF into the corner, but MJF’s knee gives out, and he falls to the mat. He gets to one knee, and White charges him in the corner; MJF uses the ropes to connect with a mule kick!

Kevin Kelly: We’ve given White his flowers. The man always knows where he’s at inside the squared circle. But what about MJF, Arn? How good is the former champion? Even with the injured leg, he knows how to use every part of that ring to his advantage!

Arn Anderson: This is what AEW has been about since we burst onto the scene in the 6th Era. The best wrestlers in the world are here, in All Elite Wrestling! Other companies want to give you the same guys you’ve been watching for 30 years, but here? This is where superstars come to prove that they are the future of the business!

Before MJF can capitalize, White’s back to his feet, catching him with the Uranage (a higher-impact variation of the Rock Bottom). He immediately covers, and White gets another nearfall!

Kevin Kelly: Each time White covers MJF, he’s getting a little closer to the three count!

White sends MJF to the outside with a hellacious back body drop. He stays on MJF, following him to the outside. They trade punches on the floor before MJF gets the upper hand, slamming White’s face into the apron before hitting a DDT on the floor!

MJF begins tossing the monitors off announce table, as Kevin Kelly and Arn Anderson instinctively back up. MJF sets White on top of the table as he goes back inside and climbs the ropes!

Arn Anderson: What’s MJF doing here?

Kevin Kelly: Max, think this over! With a bad leg, for MJF to come off the top rope is pretty much suicide!

MJF dives with an elbow drop that’s right on the money. Both men crash through the announce table to the floor, as referee Michael McMahon immediately checks on both men.

Arn Anderson: You’ve got to wonder what MJF was thinking there! Even if he manages to survive, what good does going into Elite Warfare injured do for him?

McMahon reluctantly begins the countout. The crowd counts along with him. He reaches six before MJF starts to stir. MJF’s at his feet at seven, and he sends White inside at eight!

Arn Anderson: MJF could have taken the countout win, but he wants to pin Switchblade! You know that he’s reeling from that loss last month, and you know it eats him alive to hear the pundits predict that White’s going to win a match that MJF himself has promised victory!

The crowd breaks into a vocal, “He’s our scumbag!” chant in support of MJF’s fighting spirit.

White kills the chant’s momentum as he targets the injured knee with the dragon screw! He lifts MJF onto the turnbuckle, tying him into the tree of woe! He climbs to the top rope, looking for the stomp. MJF counters it, sitting up and catching White with a belly to belly!

MJF’s momentum is short-lived, however. Just as he completely frees himself from the ropes and tries to stand on the top, we hear him say, “My fucking knee!” The pause creates enough time for White to springboard to the top… AVALANCHE URANAGE!!!

White covers!

1…

2…

2.999!

MJF KICKS OUT!

Both men are on the mat, as Kelly notes that they both landed awkwardly. White reaches his feet first, as MJF rises to one knee. White blisters MJF’s chest with one knife-edge chop after the next. MJF absorbs it, getting to his feet and shouting, “Is that the best you got, you son of a bitch?” White catches him with the flatliner! He deadlifts him with a release German, as White does the gun taunt before lifting MJF for the Blade Runner!

MJF slips out and counters with a tombstone! However, as MJF lands, he immediately clutches his knee!

Arn Anderson: What a war we’re witnessing tonight!

Both men slowly rise to their feet, as MJF tosses White to the apron! He positions him for the Heat Seeker piledriver, but White tosses him across the ring! White hangs precariously from the top rope, exhausted. MJF somehow gets to his feet and rushes White — he leaps over the top rope and connects with a cutter to the floor!

“Holy shit! Holy shit! Holy shit!”

Kevin Kelly: MJF leaping over the top and catching White with the cutter! What a wild maneuver!

Arn Anderson: We are witnessing MJF take risks like he’s never taken them before!

Kevin Kelly: He has to at this point, Arn. If he enters Elite Warfare at number three with a bum knee, he may as well forfeit the match now!

The crowd chants “MJF,” trying to will him back into the match. MJF sits up at the five count and again rolls White back inside!

Kevin Kelly: I don’t understand why pinning Jay White is so important to MJF!

Arn Anderson: One time is bravery, but twice? That’s just stupidity!

MJF covers…

1…

2…

Jay White kicks out!

MJF rolls over and pulls down his kneepad, trying to relieve some of the pressure on his knee. He tries to stand, but doubles over as McMahon checks on him.

Kevin Kelly: At what point does Michael McMahon say enough is enough?

McMahon tries to call for the ringside doctor, but White refuses to let him check on MJF! He starts to stomp away at MJF’s knee once again, before sending him flying with the dragon screw!

Swichblade locks on the figure four in the middle of the ring, as MJF screams in anguish. MJF tries to throw some haymakers to make White let go, but White absorbs them and locks it in tighter!

After nearly a minute of complete agony, MJF rolls through and reverses it! The crowd is unglued, as White desperately grabs for the ropes.

Arn Anderson: Are we going to see Jay White tap out?

White’s hand raises, but at the last moment, he’s able to get the bottom rope! MJF lets go, as both men awkwardly rise to their feet. White slams MJF back to the mat with a spinebuster! MJF grabs the bottom rope out of instinct, but White doesn’t let up! He grabs a hold of Max’s bad leg and tries to drag him off the ropes. McMahon is in close, trying to break the hold. MJF uses his good leg to kick White off of him, and as White topples over, he takes out the referee!

Arn Anderson: McMahon’s down! McMahon’s down!

🎵 Boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom
(Oh, they hurt people)
Somebody ’bout to die
🎵

The roof nearly blows off the arena as Bobby Lashley marches to the ring, with MVP looking all business a few paces behind him. Lashley’s on a mission as he slides into the ring! He looks at Max, and then at White. Anderson notes his momentary hesitation before he grabs White off the mat… DOMINATOR! ANOTHER ONE! A THIRD DOMINATOR!

Arn Anderson: What are we witnessing?!

Lashley drags MJF on top of White’s lifeless body. MJF’s eyes open in complete shock as they lock on to Lashley’s… meanwhile, MVP works to awaken the referee!

McMahon’s hand drops slowly…

1…

Kevin Kelly: Nobody wants to see this war end like this, Arn!

2…

Arn Anderson: After months of tension, Bobby Lashley and the Hurt Syndicate are making good on their promise to help MJF get back to the world title! MJF’s about to punch his ticket to the thirtieth spot in Elite Warfare!

3!!!

Winner: MJF
Match Time: 30:01

Arn Anderson: MJF and the Hurt Syndicate have just reconciled at the best possible time for Maxwell Jacob Friedman!

Kevin Kelly: Max has earned the right to enter at number thirty, which means Jay White will enter Elite Warfare from the third position!

As MJF lies in the ring clutching his knee, MVP barks orders as Lashley, who locks eyes with MJF in a tense beat before exiting the ring, following behind MVP back towards the stage.

Arn Anderson: Both of these men, regardless of where they start next week’s battle from, will be entering at less than 100 percent, Kev! That’s not ideal for either of them!

Kevin Kelly: One week from tonight, it’s the biggest match in All Elite Wrestling! 60-men! Three-rings! Only one will earn the right to challenge the AEW World Heavyweight Champion any time through the end of the season! Thank you so much for joining us, and we’ll be back Monday night for Elite Warfare!!!
