Joint Press Release by Brown Inc. and Mmouse Enterprises on the “Final Battle”

The following came as a joint statement from the Board of Directors of Mmouse Enterprises and the Acting President of HCW, Ted Brown:

“The unfortunate path to interpromotional war has been carved by HCW and PWI per the actions of Chairman Mouse and the retaliatory actions by his counterparts in HCW. While Chairman Mouse is the only person hell-bent on this conflict, we have felt that agreeing to a Final Battle at Armageddon 4 is unavoidable. While we still have not yet reached an agreement on all of the terms, we have mutually signed off on the following stipulations for this path to Armageddon:

1. The Path will consist of 7 major events in total (The Global Conflict Series, Battle Line, and Armageddon 4)
2. The War will end at Armageddon 4, and it will be the final time that anyone from Mmouse Enterprises and/or Brown Inc. can threaten an interpromotional war which will supposedly endanger the industry, and this will be guaranteed in part by the fact that Chairman Mouse has sworn to permanently step away from the industry regardless of the outcome in addition to closing PWI forever
3. The Final Battle at Armageddon 4 will consist of no more than 10 stars (5 from each side); if there is a splinter group, only one additional warring group will be permitted to join, but not after April 1st
4. Each side will have a chance to “win” the night on each of the Global Conflict Events and set the stage for Armageddon 4, and a tally will be kept on the events page under the “Global Conflict Series” section
5. The winning side of the Global Conflict Series will decide the final match stipulations of the Final Battle
6. Each of the coming 7 interpromotional war events will come with unique special stipulations:
   a) “Global Conflict I: It Begins” will decide who gets an early advantage in the overall score,
   b) “Global Conflict II: Retaliation” will determine the official maximum number of each side’s participants in the Final Battle,
   c) “Global Conflict III: The Epic” will determine the final challengers for the Women’s and Undisputed Titles,
   d) “Battle Line” will determine the participants in the Final Battle,
   e) “Global Conflict IV: No Mercy” will decide what it mean to have the “advantage” in the Final Battle,
   f) “Global Conflict V: The Eve” will decide which side has the “advantage” in the Final Battle,
   g) and “Armageddon 4: Mickey’s Endgame” will decide the fate of the industry (at least as it pertains to our two corporate entities) via the Final Battle

It is our hope that we can get through this period with the legacy of both our companies intact, and we also hope that the outcome is both fair and in the best interests of all!”
