The Administration of CME

The Administration of Cash Mouse Entertainment:

Powers Reserved for the Administration of CME include:

  • The Powers are divided equally among three members, known as “The Triad”
  • Major Administrative decisions are to be made by a vote of the Triad
  • Each Triad Member can make certain minor administrative decisions independently, so long as they don’t conflict with the other members
  • Each Triad Member reserves the right to fill vacancies on the Board of Directors and in the ULW Cabinet
  • Each Triad Member can only be removed by a unanimous vote of “No Confidence” by the other two Triad Members alongside a unanimous vote by the Board of Directors
  • Triad Vacancies must be filled by unanimous nomination by the Triad plus a unanimous vote of the Board and a majority vote by the ULW Cabinet
  • Unanimous vote of the Triad on any decision becomes self-enforcing without the need for the Board to weigh-in
  • Every three months (Starting on September 1st, 2024), the unquestioned Chair of the Board, Chief Executive Officer, and Corporate Owner – henceforth referred to as the “Head” – will rotate amongst the Triad Membership with the other two members serving in Co-Vice role
  • The unquestioned Head of the Triad will have double the voting power of the other two members on all minor business matters (meaning matters which do not radically change the direction of Cash Mouse Entertainment)
  • A tie-breaker vote will be achieved by securing the support of a majority of the Board
  • In emergency situations wherein the Head is unable to perform their duties, the role of “Acting Head” shall be passed temporarily to the Chief Commissioner of ULW

The 11-Member Board of Directors of Cash Mouse Entertainment:

The Board of Directors weighs in only when the Triad is not in unanimous agreement on an action by CME:

  • A unanimous vote of the Board plus one dissenting member of the Triad is required to overrule a decision made by the other two members of the Triad
  • A simple majority vote of the Board, plus two Triad Members are needed to win the day on most decisions
  • A failure by a majority of the Triad to win the support of the Board’s majority, but without an overrule results in the decision being temporarily implemented, but subject to a review after a month, a second subsequent failure to win a majority results in the decision being overridden
  • The Triad can only remove a member of the Board by a unanimous vote

THE RULES

  1. The Triad will share a triple-set of powers and responsibilities: Co-Owners, Co-CEOs, and Co-Chairs of the Board
  2. ULW will have no count-outs
  3. Only 5 male and 5 female superstars will be allotted the privileges of each League; a distinction which must be earned via winning a vacancy bout, or by becoming the Premier or Extreme Champion.
  4. The Undisputed, Women’s (Universal, Premier, and Extreme), Tag Team, Women’s Tag Trophy, and Providence Championships will each be up for grabs for all qualifying ULW talent.
  5. The ULW Leagues will have preferential treatment regarding the World and Women’s Championships, and will be exempt from disqualifications; the Providence Champion will have the privileges of immunity, choosing their own match stipulations, and to challenge for any championship via a single cash-in (for which only a single cash-in will be permitted for the duration of the season), and will be forced to defend the championship 24/7, moreover, there will be a distinction of “Ascendant Star” for talent with less than 10 years of experience with stars with under 5 years of experience receiving first dibs on special opportunities as earned from Ascendant-specific participation; the Women’s Tag Trophy holders will challenge for the Women’s Championship at “Easter Evil”, “Independent Intentions”, “Hallow-Travaganza”, and “Merry Massacre”, and will be forced to relinquish the trophy upon successful capture of the Women’s Championships.
  6. ULW’s shows will be as follows: “Aggression” or “Unhinged” (Monday), “Animosity” (Tuesday), “Intensity” (Friday), “Liberation” and “Ascendant” (Any Day, as needed)
  7. ULW will consist of 1 3-match show a week and 1 2-match show every other week from June-August (“Aggression” and “Intensity”); this will be called the “Summer Warm-Up” Period
  8. From September-May – or “Main Season” -, ULW will consist of a 3-match Monday show, a semi-frequent 1-match Tuesday show, a semi-frequent show featuring 1 or 2 matches, a semi-frequent show with up to 3 matches featuring the Ascendant Talent, and a semi-frequent 2-match Friday show, except during weeks of special occasions (“Aggression”, “Animosity”, “Liberation”, “Ascendant”, and “Intensity”) during such times that a 2-match Monday show will fill the void (“Unhinged”), and 1 special 4-match show (“Awesome Aggression”) and 1 3-match show (“Insane Intensity”) immediately preceding and/or following major special events.
  9. During the Summer Warm-Up, “Aggression” will be hosted by the League which did not host the previous season while the previous host League will host “Intensity” and will thereafter be determined as prescribed in Rule #10; the Warm-Up will be followed by a mandatory one week break.
  10. Then, during the Main Season, the hosting League will be determined by whichever side prevailed – on average – in the known ratings during the Warm-Up. Earning the privilege of “hosting” will empower the respective League Commissioner to act as 3rd in command (or officially as “Executive Vice Commissioner”) over ULW behind the Chief and Vice Commissioners for the duration of the regular season, with the losing League’s commissioner being demoted to act as the assistant to the “hosting” Commissioner, but will retain command over the “Ascendant”; the League which came second in the previous Warm-Up will enjoy the privilege of hosting “Aggression” with the next Warm-Up.
  11. Upon enduring 5 consecutives weeks of inactivity from any company or at least the competition of ULW, ULW will have to embark on a final ten week journey towards a Series Finale, entitled “Armageddon V: Mickey’s Last Laugh.”

THE RULE 11 CLOCK

  1. After initiation, the competition can interrupt the clock at any point within the first five countdown weeks with a single week of participation in the ratings war
  2. If the countdown proceeds beyond the first five weeks, then interrupting the clock requires two consecutive weeks of participation by the competition
  3. If the countdown proceeds beyond the first ten weeks, then the clock can only be cut off with two consecutive weeks of participation before week 13, afterwards there is no stopping the clock for the final two weeks because the card for “Armageddon V: Mickey’s Last Laugh” must be slated by this point
