The final image fades into the RAW logo.

Pyro erupts. Crowd is hot.

OPENING SEGMENT –

Michael Cole: “Welcome to Monday Night RAW on Martin Luther King Jr. Day. Tonight, a night about standing your ground, speaking your truth… and as you’ll see, that message hits close to home.”

Jey Uso’s music hits. The crowd explodes. Jey enters with the Intercontinental Championship over his shoulder, slapping hands, but there’s a seriousness on his face. He steps into the ring, soaks it in, then grabs a mic.

Jey Uso: “Y’all already know why I’m out here. For years, I was told where to stand. Who to follow. When to fall in line. But this?”(He raises the IC Title.)“This ain’t somethin’ you hand over. This is somethin’ you EARN.”

Huge pop.

Jey: “So let me make this real clear. To anybody watchin’. To anybody related to me. I’m not givin’ this championship to anyone… not even my cousin.”

The crowd buzzes.

Roman Reigns’ music hits.

The arena turns electric, half cheers, half boos.

Roman enters slowly, calm, calculated.

He steps into the ring, eyes never leaving Jey. He asks for a mic.

Roman Reigns: “Jey… I hear you.”Crowd reacts cautiously.

Roman: “I understand where you’re comin’ from. I watched you fight for this. I watched you grow into this man. And I want you to know… I love you.”

Roman steps closer.

Roman: “You got my respect.”

Roman opens his arms. Jey hesitates… then nods. The cousins hug. The crowd softens, some cheering, some unsure.

Corey Graves: “Maybe this family finally found peace.”

Jey smiles. He steps back. Roman’s face changes instantly. Roman drops into position. SPEAR. The crowd erupts in shock boos.

Michael Cole: “NO! DAMN IT!”

Roman stands over Jey, breathing heavy. He kneels beside him, grabs the Intercontinental Championship, holds it up.

Roman Reigns: “If you won’t give it to me… then you leave me no choice but to TAKE IT.”

Roman drops the title onto Jey’s chest.

Roman:“I’ll see you on the 24th. Royal Rumble.”

Roman’s music hits as he exits, leaving Jey broken in the ring.

AD BREAK – “HIT AND SPEAR” PODCAST CLIP

The screen cuts to a cheaply produced podcast set. Bill Goldberg is openly sobbing, clutching the Owen Hart Memorial Championship. Bill Goldberg: “I just… I just miss Owen so much.”

Bret Hart rubs his temples.

Bret Hart: “Bill… you don’t know Owen.”

Bill looks up, confused.

Bill Goldberg: “Of course I did. He was… your brother, right? Big hockey guy?

”Bret snaps.

Bret Hart: “Owen is ALIVE. He’s wrestling PAC tonight in a ULW title tournament. On the OTHER CHANNEL.”

Bill blinks.

Bill Goldberg: “…I thought Hurricane was the current MLB champ.”

Bret stands up.

Bret Hart:“That is Major League Baseball not Undisputed Wrestling League. Hurricane isn’t champion of either. I hate it here.”

Smash cut to RAW logo.

BACK FROM BREAK –

Corey Graves: “Ladies and gentlemen, whatever you do, don’t change that channel tonight.”

Michael Cole: “Because CM Punk plans to make you go to sleep with his wrestling, not that tired ‘go to sleep’ on Lame J Styles.”

Graves: “That was unnecessary.”

Natalya fights from underneath, eventually countering Deville’s armbar into a sharpshooter. Sonya taps.

Winner: Natalya

Cole: “Natalya picks up a huge win with the champion watching!”

Rhea: “Enjoy it. Your fairy tale ends Saturday.”

After the match, commentary drops a massive note.

Cole: “And don’t forget, at the Royal Rumble, The Rock is just days shy of breaking the longest World Championship reign in history for any company in any era.”

Graves: “But standing in his way? Legends Champion Batista.

”Cole: “And Batista’s title is on the line too.”

Graves: “If Rock wins, he says he retires the Legends Championship forever.”
