Opening Video Package

The night kicks off with a slickly produced hype video focusing on tonight’s main event: NXT Champion Karrion Kross defending against “All Ego” Ethan Page. Dark, moody clips of Kross’ domination blend with cocky, smirking soundbites from Page. The video frames it as the clash of an unstoppable force versus an unshakable ego—building tension for their first-ever one-on-one meeting.

The NXT intro hits, pyro pops, and Vic Joseph and Booker T welcome us to the show, hyping the two big title matches tonight.

Match 1: NXT North American Championship

Carmelo Hayes (c)  vs. Grayson Waller

Right from the bell, Waller wastes no time taunting the crowd and trying to rattle Melo with mind games. Hayes stays composed, matching Waller’s speed with crisp arm drags and counters.

Midway through, Waller gains control by sweeping Hayes’ legs on the apron and hitting his rolling stunner-style clothesline for a close near-fall. The crowd rallies behind Melo, who dodges Waller’s diving elbow and responds with a springboard clothesline.

Finish comes when Waller goes for his Rolling Stunner, but Hayes scouts it, cuts him off with a superkick, then hits Nothing But Net from the top rope. Hayes covers for the clean win.

Winner and STILL NXT North American Champion: Carmelo Hayes

Post-match, Hayes holds the belt high, mouthing “I’m him” while Waller stews at ringside.

Backstage Segment

HBP and The Hurricane

In a lighthearted pre-tape, HBP—wearing jeans, a leather jacket, and that trademark twinkle—tells The Hurricane backstage, “You know, I think I’ve got one more run left in me.”

Hurricane looks genuinely thrilled, putting an arm around HBP. “Oh, I believe it, man. Once a hero, always a hero!”

Before they can keep dreaming up a comeback, the NXT Tag Team Champions Tony D’Angelo and Stacks walk in. Tony smirks, “One more run? In what, bitch boy—line dancing?” Stacks laughs, adding, “This ain’t the 90s anymore, pal.”

The Hurricane stands up for HBP, puffing out his chest, but HBP just shakes his head, half-laughing. “Guess I’ll save it for the Hall of Fame.” The Family walks off still chuckling, leaving Hurricane muttering, “You’d have shown ‘em, HBP…”

Main Event – NXT Championship

Karrion Kross (c) w/ Scarlett vs. Ethan Page

The arena goes black for Kross’ signature cinematic entrance, Scarlett leading him with a haunting glare. Ethan Page’s music cuts through, bringing a wave of boos as he saunters down, oozing arrogance.

The opening minutes are tense—Page tries to keep distance, frustrating Kross with counters and bails to the floor. Eventually, Kross catches him mid-air and plants him with a huge Saito suplex.

Midway, Page mounts some offense—dodging a Doomsday Saito and hitting a crisp powerslam for a near-fall. They brawl on the outside, slamming each other into the announce desk.

The Finish: Just as Kross lines up for the Kross Jacket, the crowd erupts—

Trick Williams sprints down the ramp, steel chair in hand. Without hesitation, he cracks Page across the back, then nails Kross in the head. The ref throws the match out as Trick unloads on both men, the chair ringing out with every shot.

Trick stands tall over the fallen champion and challenger, the crowd in a frenzy chanting “WHOOP THAT TRICK! WHOOP THAT TRICK!” Scarlett pulls Kross out of the ring, glaring at Trick, while Page rolls to the floor clutching his ribs.

Official Result: No Contest

The last shot of the night is Trick Williams, arms wide, mouthing “It’s my time!” as the fans keep chanting and NXT fades to black.
