WWE SmackDown Results: The Road to Wrestle Empire (Valentine’s Day Edition)
02/14/2025
(The WWE intro package rolls, followed by a sweeping shot of a packed arena, the crowd buzzing with excitement. Pyro explodes as Wade Barrett welcomes the audience to SmackDown, hyping up the main event—for the WWE Tag Team Championship

Opening: The Rock Responds to Roman Reigns
(The crowd is on their feet as the iconic sound of “If Ya Smell…” blasts through the speakers. The roof nearly blows off as The Rock steps onto the stage, championship slung over his shoulder, sunglasses gleaming under the lights. He soaks in the deafening chants before slowly raising the mic to his lips, smirking as only he can.)
THE ROCK:
“FINALLY… The Rock has come BACK to SmackDown!” (The crowd explodes as he paces the stage, soaking in the energy.)
“Now, now, now… The Rock was sittin’ back, drinkin’ a little Teremana, watchin’ the show, when he heard some BIG TALK from the new kid on the block! The Rock heard Roman Reigns—big, bad, tough guy—come out here, puff out his chest, and talk about his company, his island, his table.” (He scoffs, shaking his head.)
“Roman, you must’ve hit your head a little too hard on the flight over here, because let The Rock remind you of something real quick—this ain’t your island. This ain’t your company. And this damn sure ain’t your table. Because Roman, this house? This kingdom? This dynasty? It was built with The Rock’s blood, sweat, and electrifying ass-kickings long before you ever decided to lace up a pair of boots!”
(The crowd roars as The Rock marches toward the ring, never taking his eyes off the camera.)
“You wanna talk about killers? You wanna talk about dominance? The Rock was selling out arenas while you were still trying to figure out how to do a damn hip toss! The Rock was main-eventing while you were still running drills in your little football pads! And the difference between you and The Rock, Roman, is simple… You talk about being ‘The Guy,’ but The Rock? The Rock is THE MAN.”
(The Rock rolls into the ring, standing dead center as the crowd erupts with “Rocky! Rocky!” chants. He adjusts his championship and smirks.)
“And since you wanna talk about taking what’s yours, since you wanna talk about writing your legacy in blood, sweat, and pain? Then listen up, Joe… because The Rock ain’t no damn Hollywood pretty boy when he steps in this ring—nah, nah, nah—The Rock is the most dangerous, most electrifying, most dominant force this business has ever seen! And if you think for one second that you’re gonna walk into Wrestle Empire, stand across from The Rock, and take his WWE Championship… well, Roman, you’re about to find out the hard way that The Rock don’t just read the script…”
(He removes his sunglasses, staring intensely into the camera.)
“…The Rock rewrites it.”
(The crowd erupts as The Rock lifts the championship high, the energy in the building reaching a fever pitch as SmackDown rolls on.)

(He turns a corner and bumps into Jimmy “Big Jim” Uso, who gives him a weird look.)
Jimmy Uso: “Uh… Truth, what you doin’?”
R-Truth: “Big Jim! Listen, man, I’m on a mission! Somebody in this building got a crush on me, and I ain’t about to let ‘em down! You see anybody actin’ all romantic-like?”
Jimmy Uso: (Chuckling) “Bruh… you sure that note was for you?”
(Truth pauses, then gasps dramatically.)
R-Truth: “You sayin’… this might be a SETUP?! Somebody tryna catfish ME?!”
(Just then, Sonya Deville walks by, overhearing the conversation.)
Sonya Deville: “Truth, you do know that bouquet and chocolates were sent for Triple H, right? From his wife?”
(Truth freezes, eyes wide.)
R-Truth: “Aw naw… So you sayin’ I been walkin’ ‘round here… stealin’ ANOTHER MAN’S VALENTINE?! Oh, I ain’t tryin’ to start no drama!”
(He shoves the flowers into Jimmy’s hands and bolts down the hall as Jimmy and Sonya shake their heads, laughing.)
