Opening
[Scene: The camera pans across a roaring crowd in a packed arena, with vibrant pyrotechnics exploding on the stage. The Smackdown logo flashes across the screen as the audience erupts in cheers. The announcers’ table comes into view, where Booker T and Pat McAfee are standing, hyped and ready.]
Pat McAfee: “Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the blue brand, welcome to the electricity, and welcome to Friday Night Smackdown! It’s the final night of Champion’s Week, and it’s about to be a spectacle for the ages! I’m Pat McAfee, the man who puts the ‘smack’ in Smackdown, and next to me is a legend of the ring—Booker T! What’s good, Book?!”
Booker T: “What’s good, Pat? What’s good is this energy! The people are fired up, the champs are in the building, and we’re about to close out Champion’s Week the only way Smackdown can—with action, drama, and a little thing we call magic in the squared circle. This is gonna be hotter than Harlem Heat, dawg!”
Pat McAfee: “You’re right about that, Book. Tonight, we’ve got titles on the line, rivalries boiling over, and the question on everyone’s mind: Who will walk out as the top dog in the WWE Universe by the end of this historic week? Buckle up, folks, because the blue brand doesn’t disappoint!”
Booker T: “Can you dig it, SUCKAAA?!”
[The crowd echoes Booker’s iconic line as the camera cuts to a quick highlight reel of tonight’s match card.]
Pat McAfee: “You heard the man! It’s Smackdown, it’s Champion’s Week, and it starts right now! Let’s go!”
[The music hits, and the first superstar’s entrance begins.]
Intercontinental Championship Match
Johnny Gargano vs Drew McIntyre
In an intense showdown, Johnny Gargano retained the Intercontinental Championship against Drew McIntyre in a hard-fought battle. McIntyre’s power dominated early, but Gargano’s resilience and agility turned the tide. After surviving a thunderous Claymore Kick by barely reaching the ropes, Gargano capitalized on a misstep by McIntyre, countering with a slingshot DDT and locking in the Gargano Escape. McIntyre powered out, but a perfectly timed One Final Beat sealed the victory for Gargano, who celebrated with the crowd as McIntyre acknowledged his effort with a frustrated nod of respect.
Backstage
[Scene: Backstage in a quiet, dimly lit area of the arena. Stephanie Levesque is standing by a table, reviewing some papers. Drew McIntyre approaches, his face etched with frustration and disappointment, still wearing his ring gear and a towel around his neck. Stephanie looks up as he enters.]
Stephanie Levesque: “Drew, I wasn’t expecting to see you back here so soon. Tough match out there—you gave it everything.”
Drew McIntyre: [Exhales deeply] “Yeah, I gave it everything… again. But it wasn’t enough. And that seems to be the story lately, doesn’t it?”
Stephanie: “Drew, you’ve been one of the top stars on this roster for since WWE started. Everyone hits rough patches. Tonight just wasn’t your night, but—”
Drew: [Interrupting] “It’s more than that, Steph. Week after week, I’m coming up short. It’s not just the titles—it’s… everything. I’ve been fighting my whole life to prove I belong here, and now, I’m starting to wonder if I still do.”
Stephanie: [Steps closer, her tone softening] “Drew, you’ve carried this company on your back before. You’ve been a leader, a champion, and a cornerstone of this brand. Are you seriously telling me you think your time here is done?”
Drew: [Pauses, looking down, voice heavy] “I don’t know. Maybe. I’ve given this everything I have—my blood, sweat, and years of my life. But maybe… it’s time to step away. Maybe the fire just isn’t there anymore.”
Stephanie: [Firmly] “Drew, listen to me. You’ve had setbacks before, and every time, you’ve come back stronger. If you need to take some time to regroup, we can figure that out. But don’t make a decision like this when you’re emotional. The WWE Universe needs Drew McIntyre, and frankly, so do we.”
Drew: [Sighs, looking conflicted] “I don’t know, Steph. I just… I need to think. I’ll let you know.”
[Drew walks off, leaving Stephanie looking concerned as the camera lingers on her thoughtful expression before fading to black.]

After the Street Profits’ grueling triple threat victory, their celebration was cut short by The Bloodline—Jey and Jimmy Uso, along with Solo Sikoa—who ambushed them in a brutal post-match assault. The crowd erupted in boos as the Bloodline dismantled the exhausted champions.
Just when it seemed the Profits were outnumbered, the arena exploded with cheers as John Cena’s music hit! Ceba sprinted to the ring, taking the fight to the Bloodline.
