Undisputed League Wrestling held a non-televised show on September 23rd, 2024 and this is what happened:
Goldust picked up a sound victory over Chuck Taylor. The match was surprisingly fast-paced, and the win earned Goldust a standing ovation from the appreciative crowd!
Ethan Page defeated Raphael in a hard fought contest. Afterwards, Page grabbed the mic and pointed down to the defeated veteran of the ring. He stated that Raphael will be far from the only vet who he beats this week, and warned that Chris Jericho may want to back out of their upcoming match if he “has any sense about him”.
Charlotte Flair endured a gauntlet battle, surviving Zevon, Ivelisse, Mickie James, and Amber Gallows. Following the bell ringing, Charlotte again framed her waist, promising “soon”.
Ricky Starks took to the stage and issued an open challenge to Owen Hart. He stated that Hart stands in his way of getting retribution, as well as remains “the only remaining member of the Hart family who is worth a damn!” Owen immediately responded, appearing on the titantron, accepting the challenge. Owen pledged to keep Ladies Man away from the ring. Chief Commissioner Lenny Mouse made it official, slating the match for next Monday’s Aggression!
Matt Cardona defeated Stu Grayson in bloody fashion. Evil Uno came out and challenged Cardona to a match next week on Intensity. Cardona laughed and then accepted. He even told Uno that he can bring his “bondage brothers” along!
Ronda Rousey defeated Bayley, forcing her to tap out within seconds of the bell ringing. Though, she ignored the bell as it tried to signal the end of the match. Officials were forced to storm the ring and pull Rousey off of Bayley, who was then taken away to a medical facility. Rousey aggressively approached the nearest crewmember brandishing a camera and warned that Bliss’s fate will be the same as Bayley’s once she gets her hands on her!
Buddy Murphy and Christian Cage tore the house down! In the end, Cage managed to get a sneak victory, but the crowd gave both men an applause in appreciation for their efforts. Co-Vice Head of the Triad Mouse came out and awarded the two of them with an opportunity to challenge for a championship of their choosing depending on who wins a Best of Seven Series, for which the second bout will take place next week on Animosity!
In the Main Event, Jade Cargill retained her Women’s Championship in a barnburner with Tay Conti, who more than proved her worth in the encounter. Following the bout, Jade made it a point to respond to what Charlotte said earlier in the event, saying “never!”
