Opening Segment:

The show kicks off with a raucous crowd as Pat McAfee and Jerry Lawler welcome everyone to WWE Raw. They hype up the night’s events, including a World Championship contract signing between AJ Styles and Finn Balor for their upcoming match at Bash in Berlin on Saturday, August 31st.

Match 1: The Viking Raiders vs. Otis & Chad Gable

The Viking Raiders make their way to the ring, looking fierce and ready for battle. Otis and Chad Gable follow, determined to prove their worth as a tag team. The match is hard-hitting, with both teams showcasing their strengths. In the end, The Viking Raiders’ power and teamwork prove too much for Otis and Gable. They hit their finisher on Gable for the win.

Winners: The Viking Raiders

After the match, Chad Gable is visibly frustrated. As Otis tries to console him, Chad slaps Otis across the face. The crowd gasps in shock, but Otis doesn’t back down this time. Instead, he grabs Gable by the singlet and forcefully shoves him to the mat. The crowd erupts in cheers as Otis walks away, leaving Gable stunned in the ring.

Backstage Segment:

Eric Bischoff is in his office when Bobby Lashley storms in, demanding another shot at the Intercontinental Championship against Drew McIntyre. Bischoff listens but is interrupted by Tommaso Ciampa, who enters with a smirk.

Ciampa: “You want a shot at Drew? Funny, because Drew challenged NXT, and I’m here to answer that challenge.”

Bischoff, sensing an opportunity, decides to make a match between Lashley and Ciampa. The winner will become the number one contender for the Intercontinental Championship.

In-Ring Segment: World Championship Contract Signing

Eric Bischoff is in the ring, overseeing the contract signing between World Champion AJ Styles and his challenger, Finn Balor. Both men enter the ring, and the tension is at an all time high. They exchange heated words before signing the contract for their match at Bash in Berlin on August 31st.

As AJ turns to leave, Finn Balor suddenly sucker punches him, sending AJ crashing into the table. Balor quickly climbs the ropes and delivers a vicious Coup de Grâce to the champion, leaving him writhing in pain as the crowd boos. Finn stands tall, holding up the signed contract as a message to AJ Styles and the WWE Universe.

Backstage Segment: CEO Murrey and Pete the Ref

CEO Murrey is seen backstage, casually talking to someone about how he’s planning to volunteer to water the flowers at the cemetery where Mickey is buried. As he continues, Pete the Ref rushes in, looking flustered.

Pete the Ref: “Sir, I need to talk to you—it’s urgent!”

Murrey, uninterested, brushes Pete off, saying that he has more important things to deal with. Pete looks concerned as Murrey walks away, leaving the matter unresolved.
