Bulletpoint Summary for the 2024 ULW Premiere and Shockwave:

The Premiere (7.5.24)
- Evil greeted Dibiase in the cold open.
- Dibiase reminded Evil of the job he was hired to do, saying that he was confident that Evil wouldn’t “fail with her” unlike he did with the Mouse Brothers
- After Evil entered the building, Dibiase cackled as the show opened
- In the Tag Team Title match, the Champions, the Young Bucks got themselves disqualified against the Bludgeon Brothers once it appeared that the challengers were on their way to gaining the gold when Nick Jackson dove in and hit Rowan and Harper with one of the titles!
- The Extreme Champion, Jesse Hash hosted a special edition of 4:20, interviewing the Women’s Champion, Jade Cargill.
- The two of them didn’t hit it off well, as Hash annoyed Cargill
- Cargill expressed her confidence that she would defeat any of her prospective challengers
- Hash bragged about his new Extreme Championship, and said it was better than what he had in HCW
- Cargill said she knew nothing about HCW, except that it must’ve been pretty shitty if it had him involved. Hash protested this disrespect as Cargill left the interview prematurely
- In the Fatal Four Way match to determine Cargill’s next challenger, AJ Lee defeated Beth Phoenix, Nikki Bella, and the debuting Akosha after Living Dead Girl gradually plucked each of Lee’s opponents out of the match and then directly assaulted Phoenix!
- Triad Members Ted Brown and Catherine discussed their curiosity as to what Dibiase was up to: namely his recent secretive actions in making sneaky appointments to fill vacancies on the Board and in the ULW Cabinet, as well as Dibiase’s apparent plans for Jackie Mouse
- Brown was very uneasy about the whole thing – especially since Catherine was the one behind the plot to start excluding Dibiase -, even as Catherine tried to assure him that she would help get this under control
- Blaster then arrived and was outraged about being left out of the Triad
- Catherine reminded him that he bailed out and decided to follow Dibiase
- Catherine was also still stunned that Blaster went to the extreme in ending Mickey and Vinny, as well as corrupting Bray
- Blaster conveyed his lack of regret for his actions, and that he was continuing his angst about Jackie’s condition
- Blaster promised that he wouldn’t forget the betrayal, and expressed outrage that he ended up where he started…answering to a Mouse!
- We are treated to the first installment of “Up To Date” with Fitz Riot and Johnny Quest
- Quest and Riot first delve into the “leading story”, which consists of the unfolding drama within the Triad as they analyze what we’ve seen so far , as well as the safeguards against a repeat of the past power struggles
- They also comment on how the legacy of the late-Mickey Mouse still haunts and influences the new company
- Fitz notes that Dibiase has some evil plans for Jackie, but Quest notes that President Blaster will not tolerate this without a fight
- They also comment on the coming upgrades to the stage and set for ULW with the premiere of Premier Aggression
- Then, they recount what happened with Akosha disappearing earlier in the match, pointing out that she has since been unaccounted for!
- Our next match is for the International Championship, which sees Mandy Rose conquer Charlotte Flair to become the new champion!
- Finally, we have our Main Event for the Premier Championship which sees LA Knight successfully defend the gold against the iconic Sean Olson!
- However, after the hard fought match, the former champion Carmelo Hayes barges in and brutally attacks both men, especially targeting the champion with vicious ire, leaving him immobile as the show concludes!!

The Shockwave (7.8.24)
- The show’s cold open takes us to a special edition of “Up to Date”!
- They recount the “wild past few days” in the industry, including the ratings victory for ULW over WWE on Friday!
- Dibiase’s reaction to the victory is discussed, as well as Dibiase’s plans to make some announcements tonight!
- There is then some “Breaking News” via Lawrence Mason, who informs us that LA Knight has been sidelined as a result of the attack by Hayes. The attack also results in Hayes being suspended for two weeks, and the title being vacated, with the vacation filled at “Independent Intentions” in a Premier 8 Match!
- In the opening bout of the night, Jon Moxley defeats Jesse Hash for the Extreme Championship thanks in large part to the interference by CM Punk!
- Jackie is seen sitting outside a door when that fan with a backstage pass comes out and tells her that “he’s ready for you now”
- Jackie enters the room and is greeted by Dr. Evil
- Evil invites her to sit or lie down, whatever her choice is as he tried to lay the groundwork for establishing a relationship of trust
- Evil puts down his clipboard and formally introduces himself to his new patient, telling her that he is here to help her realize her potential
- He notes that he had been there for her grandfather and great grandfather
- Volunteering his own vulnerability, he recounts how he had experienced some confusion in his own life, and how he could relate to Jackie’s fears and experience with apparent rejection by her parents early in life
- Evil promises that he won’t abandon her, unlike them, and Jackie gets comfortable as Evil gets back up and grabs the clipboard to “begin”
- We then see Ted Brown arriving, but he is soon surprised to see John and Lacy Brown as well!
- John points out that times have changed, but that he is very proud of his younger brother
- John recounts that HCW was his life’s work, and that he recognizes that Ted tried his best to preserve it
- John apologized for being absent during the war, and Ted conveyed that he understood why John wasn’t there
- John then insisted that he will be there if Ted needs anything at all as he went to join his wife in the building
- Ric Venom on commentary was appalled to see that John Brown was back, and while he was ranting, Ted Dibiase’s music interrupted him!
- Dibiase took it upon himself to brag about Friday’s ratings victory, saying that he kept his promise of changing everything with this accomplishment (saying that July 5th, 2024 will be remembered as “The Million Dollar Man’s Day”)
- He then said that he would remind his so-called comrades tonight that his voice means something by exploiting his privileges to make some important appointments to “balance the chess board”
- His first such appointment was to fill the vacancy for the Extreme Commissioner with Stacy Keibler!
- Next, we see Ronda Rousey topple Alexa Bliss in a hard fought battle!
- Catherine was seen approaching the office door behind which Evil could be heard talking to his patient, she was seething about the scheme, but appreciative for someone telling her where this was happening
- However, before Catherine could barge in, CJ Perry approached, still in Lana character, until Catherine insisted that she cut out the accent, telling her that she needs to be serious as the Premier Commissioner (as a representative of all women)
- Perry was concerned about Dibiase’s recent actions, and afraid that he would somehow replace her with a Stacy Keibler-type as well, but Catherine wanted her to leave those concerns to Catherine
- Perry, though, was insistent that they talk in Catherine’s office now, which Catherine agreed to do reluctantly as she kept looking back while they walked away
- Mystico caught up with Dragonfly, who was holding the original Undisputed Title
- Dragonfly was deep in his mind about the impending retirement, and Mystico tried to encourage Dragonfly to listen to the fans and stay in the business, but Dragonfly was heartbroken in saying that he couldn’t…as his body was in terrible shape
- Mystico then asked if Dragonfly had figured out who his last opponent would be at the August 5th edition of Premier Aggression, but Dragonfly had not done so yet
- Mystico then remarked on how he heard that Dragonfly will have the choice of facing whomever he wants with whatever stipulation he wants!
- Dragonfly then warned Mystico against looking up to him, given his terrible actions, but Mystico retorted that it was impossible not to be proud of being his cousin; especially as the once-GOAT of the business, Master Splinter, paid homage to Dragonfly at Starrcade!
- Dragonfly took this to heart and patted his cousin on the shoulder, commenting that Mystico may himself one day be seen as the GOAT
- We are then treated to an insane Ladder War to determine the next Tag Title contenders as Proud N’ Powerful grabbed the briefcase, besting the Authors of Pain, the Acolytes, and the Lucha Brothers!
- After the last commercial break, we have the MAIN EVENT with the Undisputed Champion, Bray Wyatt preparing to defend his title against a mystery opponent!
- Before the match can get set, though, Ted Dibiase makes his way to the ring
- Dibiase thanks Bray for helping to defeat Mickey, but comments that he is the monster who must be toppled now, and that he plans to do so with the help of someone who has had his back since day one…as well as someone who knows Wyatt better than he knows himself…the new Chief Financial Officer of Cash Mouse Entertainment, the father of Bray Wyatt…Irwin R. Schyster!!
- Bray is stunned as IRS attacks him from behind, and the assault is joined by Dibiase, who then reveals the mystery challenger: Attitude!
- The bell is rung and Attitude seems poised to win the gold (thanks in part to some mysterious force via Sister Abigail preventing Bray from sealing the deal)…until Damian Priest arrives!!
- Priest’s arrival creates the distraction that Bray needs to pull off the victory to retain his title!!
- The show ends with Dibiase, IRS, and Attitude livid whilst Priest stands beside the Undisputed Champion!
